Yes, we do, if you would like to purchase a gift for a special occasion then fill out the form on our website or alternatively drop us an email with the following information – Occasion, when it is needed for, how much you would like to spend, any product preferences. We will do our best to help you with a custom gift box and even offer artwork or any images you want (photos etc) on the box.
We can also cater for events needing multiple boxes for weddings, corporate events etc. For example, a company recently needed 200 boxes for a 50 th birthday celebration. The box design and tissue paper featured the business logo and the products inside were either a his or her focus. We can work with any budget within reason so please get in touch to discuss your needs.
Yes of course, when you are at the checkout tell us in the notes section that your purchase is a gift and add the address you would like the box sending to in the delivery address section. If you would like a FREE card to match the occasion, just drop us an email.
This can be done via logging into your account or via our team by emailing info@thebeautybox.co.uk and we will be more than happy to make that change.
There will be a minimum of 5 products in the subscription box, at least 3 of them being full size and the others, smaller sizes, travel size, with the added bonus of free samples when they are available to us.
Our subscription beauty box is a seasonal focus and comes out quarterly at the start of March, June, September, and December. Your subscription can be cancelled 2 weeks before payment is due.
Subscription payment and scheduling
You can sign up at any time, the first payment will be taken 24 hours after signing up, the following payments will be every 3 months from your first payment.
If you sign up after a subscription box is released don’t worry you will still receive your box, for example a payment made at the end of March, the March/Spring box will be sent out after payment is cleared, however your next quarterly payment will be the end of June and therefore the June/Summer box will be sent out after your next payment has cleared. If you would like your subscription box on the release date then please bear this in mind and sign up accordingly.

All our suppliers are eco conscious, their packaging is made from glass, metal or biodegradable material. Plastic is a bare minimum (lids or caps) and can be recycled.
Our boxes are purchased from a UK company and are made from cardboard, our postal sleaves are made from natural materials and are not plastic. Our box stickers are recyclable and can be peeled off.
The Beauty Box collaborates with suppliers that offer vegan, natural, cruelty-free and eco-friendly products. We do thorough checks with the companies that we work with, and the products that they provide us. We also ask that all brands sign a declaration stating this.
